Workflow scenario

Order created (by employee or direct client [can be eCommerce company as example]).

About the meanings in shipment

Courier Fee: The fee you receive for your services

Package fees: You sender can request from you to collect money for him and send it back to him after delivery, this money is the package fees.

Return courier fees: the fees if you need to return something to the sender again like the above example.

Return package cost: just for the system and removed for customer.

Return package fees responsible: when returning a collected money from receiver to the customer the fees for this action who will pay for it ? The receiver or the sender.

Postpaid: the shipping fees will be collected from the receiver

Prepaid: the shipping fees will be collected from the sender

Shipments Types

Shipments Types-Pickup: means that the customer needs to ship a package from his address so you need to send an employee to his address to pickup the package.

Shipments Types- Drop Off: means that the customer wen to your office and will send it from there, so you will directly send it.

How to Use

Setup Company: Company setting like name and all the main contact data.

Definitions and places: All the lookup data that system needs.

Invoice: The invoice data that will be used in the system.

Tracking : The tracking data that will be used in the system. Can be easily tracked

System Configuring: Choose the main configuration for your system like the default language, time zone, date format and currency.

Taxes and Fees: Configure the Default fees for any packages or create a specific fees for a specific locations with or without specific package type.

Employees: Create and manage unlimited employees and groups with defining a specific credentials for every employee or every group.

Live Notifications: Create an account on pusher.com. Create a Channels app to generate your unique credentials. Fill the channel app you created in the previous step details on the system’s notification page.

Maps: Get the google maps and the re captcha API key to start using them.

Dashboard: From the date picker you can choose a specific period to get the stats from, in the Dashboard page you will see a summary off your system on a specific period.

Transactions: Get details for every transaction on your system and the ability to add a deposit or withdrawn transactions too.

Reports: Detailed reports for delayed and delivered shipments or for deposited and withdrawn transactions, you can change the filter to get a specific data, print and export to excel is also available for those reports.
